  Number one in my book. I had problems with my laptop. The screen was getting darker and darker. Brought it in to CPU COMPUTER. they did a free diagnostic and found out what was wrong. They ordered part and fixed it for me. Very reasonable priced and great work. Good quality highly recommend. Great customer support. Very knowledgeable

  I recently had a "trojan" virus in my desktop that compromised all of my documents.looked like all the documents were gone.the was able to get all my documents which actually was hidden by the virus. the tech was able to help me get rid of the virus. Both my husband and I are very happy with the result. If you want to find someone who KNOWS what he's doing, richard is your man! best shop in marietta

  The services at cpu was terrific, and very prompt. In terms of the repairs cost and how much I owed, everything was above the board and clearly stated from the start.There were no surprise or unscrupulous extra fees at check out. This is probably one of things that I was most impressed with. CPU COMPUTER did an excellent job. i will go there for all my computer problem fix.

  I was referred to cpu by a friend who had previously had his computer serviced there. I had problems with my laptop screen , so I called them. Within a day I received the diagnostics result and a total cost of repair. That seemed more than fair. Dealing with this company seemed very straight forward, reasonable . Thanks for the help.

  They Saved Me big time. I work from home office and I am responsible for backing up my own documents but I got a little lazy and of course the hard drive decided to fail on me. When I turned it on, it only showed a black screen . Well, I called computers parts & upgrades llc (found in google) and expressed how vital it was for me to get my documents off the drive and they were very friendly and dropped what they were doing to come help me the same day. They repaired the drive parts that were damaged and had me up and running again but warned that the drive was old and may fail again. They helped me back up my files to a usb flash drive until I was ready to purchase a new hard drive or new computer and move everything over. I hope to get a new computer in few weeks. They were a great help, fair rates and knew their stuff well. I expect to call them next week to help me transition to the new computer. thanks GABE over at CPU!!!!
